据中国贸易救济信息网，4月23日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定具有视频功能的电子设备，包括计算机、流媒体设备、电视、相机及其组件和模块（Certain Video Capable Electronic Devices, Including Computers, Streaming Devices, Televisions, Cameras, and Components and Modules Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1380）作出337部分终裁：基于和解，终止本案调查。

2023年11月30日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定具有视频功能的电子设备，包括计算机、流媒体设备、电视、相机及其组件和模块（Certain Video Capable Electronic Devices, Including Computers, Streaming Devices, Televisions, Cameras, and Components and Modules Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1380）。

2023年10月31日，芬兰Nokia Technologies Oy of Espoo, Finland、芬兰Nokia Corporation of Espoo, Finland向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号7,724,818、10,536,714、11,805,267、8,077,991、8,050,321），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。

美国HP, Inc., of Palo Alto, CA、美国Amazon.com, Inc., of Seattle, WA、美国Amazon.com Services LLC of Seattle, WA为列名被告。
